Adam is the CEO of T-Rock Construction, a multifamily and commercial general contracting company that has experienced remarkable growth and success since its inception six years ago. As the company’s first employee, Adam has been a driving force behind its development, leveraging over a decade of combined experience in sales, sales management, and construction. With a degree in Construction Project Management and a hands-on leadership approach, Adam has guided the company to expand its operations across eight states while cultivating a thriving sales department.

Adam’s career spans key roles, including project manager, estimator, account manager, and senior account manager, offering a comprehensive perspective on the industry. Before founding T-Rock Construction, Adam played a pivotal role in managing a family-owned property management business, gaining valuable insights into client service and operational efficiency.

Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Adam embodies T-Rock Construction’s core values, always prioritizing client needs and ensuring that every project is executed with precision and integrity. Their commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships has been instrumental in the company’s continued success.

Beyond leading the company, Adam is passionate about giving back to the community through various service initiatives. An avid golfer since childhood, Adam also enjoys archery hunting, fitness, traveling with their wife and two beloved dogs, and pursuing a range of other hobbies.
